Inspire Wellbeing is a short, supportive course designed to help women reconnect with their wellbeing, build confidence and develop positive habits in everyday life. This course offers a welcoming space to pause, reflect and focus on what supports your mental and emotional wellbeing.
What the Course Involves
Over the 3 weeks, participants will explore:
Positive Wellbeing Practices
Simple techniques to support emotional wellbeing
Activities that encourage positive thinking and self-care
Practical tools that can be easily used in daily life
Reflection and Personal Growth
Guided discussions in a safe, supportive group setting
Time to reflect on personal goals and wellbeing needs
Encouragement to recognise strengths and achievements
Connection and Support
Sharing experiences with other women in a non-judgemental environment
Building confidence through group learning and support
Creating a sense of community and belonging
What to Expect
Sessions are informal, welcoming and accessible to all. No prior experience or knowledge is required, and participants are encouraged to take part at a pace that feels comfortable. The focus is on practical wellbeing, connection and support rather than clinical or formal learning.
Crèche places are available for mothers attending the course.
