Baby Yoga is a gentle, nurturing class designed for parents and their babies to move, stretch and relax together. The sessions focus on supporting your baby’s development while also offering parents a calm space to connect, unwind and enjoy gentle movement.

What the Class Involves

Over the 4-week course, participants will take part in:

Gentle Yoga for Parents

  • Soft stretches to ease tension and support postnatal recovery

  • Breathing exercises to encourage relaxation and calm

  • Light strengthening movements adapted for parents with babies

Yoga-Inspired Movement for Babies

  • Gentle movements and stretches to support flexibility and coordination

  • Activities that encourage bonding and connection

  • Playful interaction through movement, sound and touch

A Relaxed, Baby-Led Environment

  • Babies remain with you throughout the class

  • Time and space for feeding, changing and settling

  • A supportive atmosphere where parents can go at their own pace

What to Expect

This class is suitable for parents with babies who are comfortable being handled and moved gently. No previous yoga experience is needed. Sessions are guided in a calm, flexible way, allowing parents to respond to their baby’s needs at all times.

Crèche places are available for older siblings if required.
