Aware: Living Life to the Full is a structured wellbeing course designed to support women’s mental and emotional health. The programme focuses on practical tools to help manage low mood, stress and everyday challenges, using evidence-based approaches in a supportive group setting.

What the Course Involves

Over the 6 weeks, participants will explore:

Understanding Thoughts and Feelings

  • How thoughts, feelings and behaviours are connected

  • Recognising unhelpful thinking patterns

  • Developing healthier ways of responding to challenges

Practical Coping Skills

  • Simple techniques to manage stress, anxiety and low mood

  • Tools for improving motivation, confidence and self-esteem

  • Strategies that can be used in everyday life

Group Support and Learning

  • Guided discussion in a safe, respectful environment

  • Learning alongside other women with shared experiences

  • Clear, practical content delivered at an accessible pace

What to Expect

Sessions are structured but supportive, with no pressure to share personal experiences unless you wish to. The course is suitable for anyone experiencing stress, low mood or feeling overwhelmed, as well as those looking to build resilience and emotional wellbeing.

No previous experience is required, and all materials are provided.

Crèche places are available for mothers attending the course.
