Wellbeing with Noleen is a supportive group course focused on nurturing emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. This class offers women time and space to slow down, reflect and develop practical tools for self-care in a warm, welcoming environment.

What the Course Involves

Over the 4 weeks, participants will explore a range of wellbeing-focused activities, which may include:

Mind and Body Wellbeing

  • Gentle movement or relaxation exercises to release tension

  • Breathing techniques to support calm and reduce stress

  • Mindfulness practices to encourage presence and self-awareness

Emotional Wellbeing

  • Guided reflection and discussion in a safe, supportive space

  • Exploring stress, balance and personal wellbeing needs

  • Practical strategies for managing everyday pressures

Connection and Support

  • Sharing experiences with other women in a non-judgemental group

  • Building confidence and resilience through group support

  • Time to pause, reflect and reconnect with yourself

What to Expect

Sessions are gently structured and accessible to all, with no prior experience required. Activities are optional and participants are encouraged to engage at a level that feels comfortable for them. The focus is on creating a calm, respectful environment where women can prioritise their wellbeing.

Crèche places are available for mothers attending the course.
