Mammy Fit is a gentle, energising fitness class designed specifically for mothers who want to get active in a supportive environment. This class allows you to bring your baby along, making it easier to prioritise your wellbeing without needing to arrange separate childcare.

What the Class Involves

Across the 4-week course, participants will take part in:

Low-Impact Fitness

  • Safe, controlled exercises suitable for postnatal bodies

  • Strength and toning movements to support core stability

  • Light cardio routines to increase energy and fitness levels

Postnatal-Friendly Techniques

  • Modifications tailored to your recovery stage and comfort

  • Focus on rebuilding strength safely, especially around the core and pelvic area

  • Gradual progress at a pace that suits each participant

A Welcoming, Baby-Friendly Space

  • Babies stay with you in the room during the class

  • A relaxed atmosphere where feeding, changing and soothing your baby is completely fine

  • A chance to meet other local mums and build confidence in returning to exercise

What to Expect

No previous fitness experience is required. The class is designed to be accessible, encouraging and adaptable. The tutor provides guidance throughout to ensure movements are safe, comfortable and suitable for postnatal recovery.

Crèche spaces are also available if you prefer to leave older siblings while you attend.
