Move to the Beat with Justin is a lively, interactive children’s music and movement experience designed for babies and children aged 6 months to 7 years, along with their parents and carers. The sessions combine music, movement, mindfulness and Makaton to create an inclusive, joyful space where all children can take part.

What the Session Involves

Each session is carefully designed to be engaging, accessible and fun, and includes:

• Musical movement games that encourage coordination and confidence

• Singing familiar nursery rhymes and action songs

• Dancing with bubbles and playful props

• Mindfulness moments to help children regulate and calm

• Use of Makaton, supporting communication and inclusion

Activities are adaptable and welcoming for children with additional or sensory needs, with no pressure to join in in a particular way. Children are encouraged to explore at their own pace.

A Family-Friendly Experience

Move to the Beat with Justin is a shared experience. Parents, carers and siblings are encouraged to join in, making it a relaxed and inclusive session for the whole family. The focus is on connection, enjoyment and positive shared experiences through music and movement.

What to Expect

Sessions are energetic, playful and supportive, with a clear structure that helps children feel comfortable and engaged. No previous experience is needed — just come ready to move, sing and have fun.
