Our Yoga for All course offers a welcoming and accessible space for women of every fitness level, from complete beginners to those with previous experience. Each class focuses on gentle movement, controlled breathing and mindful relaxation to support overall wellbeing.
What the Course Involves
Across the 10 weeks, participants will learn:
Foundational yoga postures and safe alignment
Gentle stretching to increase flexibility
Breathwork techniques to support relaxation and stress reduction
Simple sequences designed to build strength, balance and mobility
Guided relaxation to help calm the mind and reduce tension
What to Expect
Classes are steady-paced, encouraging participants to listen to their bodies while developing confidence and ease in each pose. Yoga mats are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.
This course is suitable for those looking to improve physical wellbeing, reduce stress, or build a regular movement routine in a supportive community setting.
Crèche places are available for mothers attending the course.
